Tips for healthy curly hair

Here are some tips for getting healthy hair. Everybody has different hair and texture. Transition period varies for everyone so,we have to keep patience and hopes.

DO'S-

1. Use satin/ silk pillow covers/ bonnets while sleeping. It keeps curl pattern and reduce  frizz in hair
2. Use microfibre towel or cotton t-shirt after hairwash
3. Scalp massage is essential for hair daily or alternate days
4. Maintain the balance of protein and moisture in hair
5. Deep condition your hair at least once in a week
6. Keep some patience for getting healthy hair
7. Try different styling techniques and understand which suits you more
8. Regularly clarify your hair and scalp with shampoo and ACV

DON'TS-

1. Donot use combs or brushes while hair is dry it causes frizz and breakage of hair
2. Donot use styling tools like straighteners and blow dryers
3. Donot use products  containing drying alcohols, non water silicons and sulfate such as Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate.
3. Donot wash hair frequently
4. Donot use hot water for washing hair (Use warm /cool water)
5. Donot extend your washdays
